I have a friend that swears by it, but I don't' feel any different. Perhaps a snake oil?

often if one "believes" it does you good --- taking or drinking things seem to help out --- your mental additude has a lot to do with your health -- its called the "placebo effect "* ----also differant folks bodies are "chemically" wired differantly form one another---thats why a drug that "works" great for one person might do nothing for another person --thus they might need a "differant " med (chemical)---- this also helps explain why one person is "allergic" to milk or sea food but others are not.
