What state is this in?
Was there a nearby castle?
That may provide a key to the numbers.

Knowing the state would aid to realizing what what is jive on those boulders, and what may be KGC.
Providing the state, not the location, would give insight to what is on those rocks. There are many here, who can provide you with good information of the KGC,and what the symbols and numbers mean,if they are related to the KGC.
