✅ SOLVED Knights of Pythias Medal or FOB?

First let me say that I love this website!!!! This is my first post and I'm still pretty novice at the metal detecting fun.

At a park I dug this thing up that looks like a medal. Some research says it may be a watch fob from the Knights of Pythias. I can't find a lot of information, dates value ect.

Any chance anyone knows some info on this?
