Last hunt of 2023 xx

After torrential rain last night we were back on the grass fields near the castle, and boy was it wet 😬… the holes filled with water as soon as the plug was out… making for an unpleasant fish if find not out in the plug 😆 xx

got my first lighter… it’s a zippo… but don’t think himself will be starting any fires with it 😅 xx more musket ball because… why not! A few buttons, my oldest coin was a 1936 penny… but I did find a lot of modern ones! Lack of interesting finds so took some extra arty pics …note the rainbow ….tomorrow we are going back the the muddy fields rather than these boggy fields 😆 xx
