Lead ring?

Found these today, I got a signal in jewelry mode stating it was a ring(no iron or pull tab) dug down about 5 inches. Cleaned up the curved metal pieces. Magnet will not stick to them. The larger is 1.7 oz. and the smaller is 1 oz. they may have been connected.

It's part of an old thrust washer from a piece of machinery, possibly a hit & miss engine. The groove is for oil. Could be babbitt or babbitt coated bronze. Tony
