Found this today never seen a copper jacketed slug that long and narrow… anybody know what it’s from?

I was just thinking it looks like " The Magic Bullet " in the JFK assassination .Always check military for full jacketed or solid stuff if it's old or above 30 cal..

But an odd example of a out of whack looking bullet is used in a Carcano.
