Found this today never seen a copper jacketed slug that long and narrow… anybody know what it’s from?

Hey if thats not it, it’s a good start I’ve dug tons of slugs around but almost all are .22’s and the same copper jacketed deer slug. I’ve never found one that long. I thought odd bullet - odd gun, since it’s been private family property for 130 years maybe I could have a chance at finding the shooter a great grandfather or something.
I posted it here before looking into it myself I thought there was a chance it’d be an easy answer to someone familiar with a slug like that and I could save some time. I Appreciate the response.

At first I thought you had a copper tip from a water-cooled, industrial spot welder. I can see it is a bullet though.
I guess my work life still haunts me from time-to-time.

Always check military for full jacketed or solid stuff if it's old or above 30 cal..
Sorry I'm lazy tonight..
I'm not going to look up dimensions very far..
But an odd example of a out of whack looking bullet is used in a Carcano.

I was just thinking it looks like " The Magic Bullet " in the JFK assassination .
