I have one too...! I found mine in a sawmill site.
It has a rosehead and square shank.

It's a cribbing spike, used to fasten thick lumber. I find quite a few along old logging rr grades, such as where the tracks cross a wet spot on a hillside. THe spikes would fasten the timber to be able to support the tracks and the log train.
