Looking for a members signature quote: 'convince a believer'

Hi all, recently saw a very poignant member quote or signature,
it was something like,
'a believer needs no convincing, but nothing can convince someone who cannot see to believe'.
can anyone help me with this ??
Many thanks, Herbie

I searched quote websites and a lot of recent threads, no luck,
