Looking for help from the pros to ID today's fine

You were so helpful last time with factual information I am back... yesterday I found a second .50-70 hull and today I found a US Climax no12, (would like your opinion of the date), and two other items in close proximity ( see pic). both .50-70 and these items were found with 30 yards of each other. Out in nowhere west Texas about 500 yards from a creek. Years ago I did stumble onto an arrow head by the creek.

Top piec is a barb from barbed wire.
