Looking for information/age on an old anchor

This anchor came with my house. It was sitting in the yard and I guess the previous owner didn't want to lug a literal boat anchor with them. Its immensely heavy and I know its not a shipwreck, but this seems like the type of place to gather information on it. Attached are photos and a diagram of measurements I took on it. Thank you in advance anyone who can help me out.

19th to mid 20th century. Folding stock. deck stored anchor. The stock is held in place with wedges or a tapered ring. When these are removed the stock pulls out of the shank and lays alongside the stock. The half ball on the stock turns and plugs into the shank. The stock and shank are held together with twine, which would be cut for quick deployment.
