Looks like an old brass bullet casing

[kdr1]

After about 20 min of metal detecting in the back yard I found this brass casing about 3 inch deep. Searched the Internet with no luck as to what it is. No markings as to what it is. There was a piece of what seem to be a fuse or wadding inside of it. ??

I am 99.999999999999% sure it is a lipstick tube. BUT I COULD BE WRONG.

I'm going with the lipstick tube and the other is a grass stem.

I wondered why it was double walled; makes perfect sense now. Thx
