Hello Randy. if you are asking me if I found the lost pick mine. I really can't say yes or no.For back in april of this year I staked a claim in which I THINK that the mine is in.But I can't be sure till cooler weather is back.Oh! yea forgot I have NO TREPASSING posted on all markers. The/a Mining Claim only gives the claimant the right to the minerals on the claim
It is not a transfer of title/ownership
In other words...a claim is not Private property
Unless it is a "Patented Claim"
Which involves years of "Continuous Assessment Work"
