Diamond Ring

Went down to the park today with my pops to do some metal detecting.
Found a few coins and some bottle caps, nothing to great at first.
Had a signal 25-26 3 bars down on the Nox 600. Proceeded to dig down about 2-3 inches deep and found this. I have no clue if it’s real. It’s my second ring ever. I put the ring in the fridge and blew my breath on it and it doesn’t fog up. It also cuts glass. I couldn’t have asked for a better day of detecting. Inside the band it appears to read, NF925.

I don't know what the NF stands for but 925 means silver.

Nice find. Hope it is a real diamond for you. But from reading other posts and articles online diamonds are not usually set in Silver rings because of the softness of silver. Especially a very large diamond like this. Dont take anyone's word on it though. Go take to a respected jeweler and find out. Good luck. I know I'd be excited about that find. Update~
Just got back from the jewelry store. It’s a Cubic zirconia stone. The ring itself is silver. Not what I was hoping for but I’m still excited to have found it. Thanks everyone ��
