I have this old mallet bottle my great great granduncle found in the cellar of an old English gentry house here in Ireland.

It has an inscription saying liquor bottle of Ireland

Any idea how old it is ??

No help on the age of the bottle but I can say Ireland is stocked full of beautiful old history.
Was in Knocktopher, a few months ago for 2 weeks....man we loved it there. Cool bottle and welcome from the North Georgia Mountains.

Nice bottle. You should also post in the “Bottles” forum for information.

Can't help at all with dating your bottle...but I Like It!!
Hope someone can help you.

Welcome from Maryland USA. It's probably about 100 years old. That's a nice color on the bottle.

Great bottle try the bottle forum. Welcome from MI Tommy

No idea on age, but it's a nice looking old bottle.

I can't tell if it is hand-blown or machine made but many bottles in the UK continued to be made by hand through the 1930s. Your bottle looks like it's from the 1930s-1940s.
