found this at the airbase this morning and it would not budge. I then went back to the car to get something to pry it open. What do you think should i open it to see whats under it. By the way that sucker is almost and inch thick.

Last one I pulled up revealed an old cistern about 12 feet deep and more than half that across at the bottom. Did you dig into the dirt to see if there was trash under it?
