I just finished going through 20 mwr's of 2012P dimes I got on Fri. I sure wish they were 2009's.

i know some folks who have solid boxes of all 4 types of 2009 pennies they got from walmart back in 09... kind of weird going to a walmart asking for new BOXES of pennies, where first off, the cashier barely knows what a roll of pennies is

I never suggest banks to them either, even though they are in it for the new coins, not the old. but ideas do spark and I don't need more local competition!

I know some people asked for boxes from walmart. They always got a no. Some even just approached an employee with a box to show an example, and they were told to go straight to coinstar.

I've been getting solid 2012p dime boxes for about 2 months now, as soon as I started seeing 2012 pennies in my brinks boxes, the paper wrapped dimes turned from a nice old mixture into an ugly sight of bright shiny copper edges

just for reference, the first new coin of 2012 came out for me around this time (two years ago), I have yet to see a 2014 coin in circulation yet, thankfully.
