could this be a meteorite? It atract a magnet weakly and some spots more. It has a rustspot. ways 655 grams and measures roughly 8 x 8 x 7 cm.

Slag is a term covering many types of rock-like manufacturing wastes. In my opinion, that is your first rock.

Your second rock is a natural stone with a lot of weathering. If the lighting in your images was adequate, I, or someone else, might be able to give an accurate identification.
