We had a house keeper lady for several years. We constantly misplaced odds and ends. One day my wife's favorite cookbook was gone. We knew she had looked at a recipe that morning and only the house keeper had been in the house. My wife told the lady that her book better come back pronto. She got all defensive but the next visit it was right back where it belonged and on the counter was about 25 other things that we had misplaced over the years. Most were just weird items like kitchen tongs but there was also a very expensive ring that we had no clue was even missing!

Hey it?s back that?s best case, I thought I lost one of my best points for six to eight months, it just ate at me every time I thought about it, one day I was putting a new point in my display, which is a grid of boxes behind a glass door, the missing point dropped into one of the lower boxes, apparently it had slipped between a cross piece and the backing. I felt 1000 times better, before that I had flipped couches and chairs over, went through my car 100 times, checked every drawer in every room, took my dryer apart to check if it came out in the wash. Glad yours is back and maybe the message has been received to what ever forces caused it to disappear.

I just blame Murphy every time something isn't there-well after accusing(under my breath) the last person that was there-and it usually turns up, when I'm looking for the other item that I can't find......still looking for a gold coin for the past year or so......
