I have been absent from posting but I was able to get out a little to detect various sites. Nothing major to report but below are my finds from the last ten days except my birthday venture which I will post later. The top row and the spike and buckle are from a civil war cavalary camp in south central Missouri. I just love finding dropped Sharps. The Standing Liberty Quarter and the badly corroded Missouri sales tax token and the belt suspender are from a 1920s farm house on the Missouri River. The second to last row are from a Confederate camp just south of the Missouri River, the last row is from my old reliable hill which is north of the Missouri River.
I am hoping to just tear up the Missouri and Mississippi ground this coming November. Most of my sites have been heavily hunted but I keep adding to the list of sites I can hunt.
I really appreciate being able to share my finds. Thanks everyone
