I've acquired pounds of Missouri Mozarkite and passed out some of it to my friends to Knapp !I'm trying to Knapp like the Aboriginals (Abo) did it and I'm having trouble getting a decent Spars from my samples. #1 I don't have a large Moose antler base for my bopper ,White Tail deer antlers are to light and hollow to be effective! But I'm trying to use a large Hammer stone for this and I'm not getting a good Spars . maybe I need a LARGER Hammer stone to bop it with ? I'm on the lookout for some now! After I get this figured out , the Knapping ought to be good if I don't start making small gravel out of this nice sample rocks that I have 
I'm trying to keep from using a stone saw in making slabs ( remember ABO) I basically only want to Knapp 2 or 3 points out of my 100 lbs. of Mozarkite (remember gravel ) probly LOTS of gravel ! and in doing so I again want to do this in a Aboriginal way, NO copper boppers ,saws or flaking devices! I will use deer antler for that part of it (hopefully) ! I had used copper tools years ago just fine in some material that I had at work during my lunch time but always had trouble getting it thin enough ! Then after watching MANY videos here on TN I figured out NOT to try and shape them before I get my Spars about the correct thickness and then work on the entire piece as it presents itself ! Thats where I'm at right now . and until I get another larger Hammer stone I'm going to hold off making gravel! After I get my new Heavier Hammer Stone I want to clear away the waste rock that is attached to my object stone material , then I'll work on my Spars and try to acquire a large sample pile of pieces to work! HOPEFULLY I won't need to many bandages for this! Until then !
