Found at site in SW PA with a lot of hunting activity, but also found a 3 Ringer and CW buttons. The concave end is similar to a 3 ringer, but also seems like it could be a more modern black powder round. Thx

Relatively modern (20th Century). The "reeding" in the cannelure groves shows it to be a swaged bullet. Looks like from a .38 S&W, .38 Long Colt, or .38 Special. Likely not black-powder as well.
