More at the new spot

Finally had a chance to get back today at the new spot I found last month.this is the results of about 4 hours in the field.turned out to be a nice assortment of items. the thing with the notches cut out looks to be a coin, a worn large coin,a brass spin thing with letters and numbers on it I thought was cool.a nice 1840 seated half dime in nice condition,a sweet little buckle,a couple of local pieces in the dairy advertisement milk cardboard disk puller and my favorite a fantastic Team 30 Nelson House stable token.look at the size of that Minnie ball! and a token with a cabin on it.walked down along a creek bed and found the 3 can house tokens.need to research those to get a identification.also found some broken pontil bottles. very tired but happy with this outing today.enjoy the pics Go Birds!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, to me that is a really super hunt. I love all the variety both relics and coins. The half dime of course is the trophy and it's a beauty. My eye was drawn to the one token and the drill bit item which I would guess is an advertising piece? Great day of hunting.

I agree about the wood bit drill, that's pretty cool, love the tokens too, but I can't wait to find a "seated" any kind of coin! Looks great It is a nice site. WTG !

not a wood drive bit but a picker for getting cardboard milk caps out of milk bottle. they were givaways from the dairy
