More Creek finds

All quartzite tools...different uses...much larger than just projectiles although I do have a atlatel tips and a few arrow tips

I’d say about 15 of the items are good finds and definitely artifacts but there’s a lot of natural rocks in there or non artifacts

I guess the pick isn't detailed enough for you to see that the tools there have all been worked and shaped to be ergonomically fitted to your hand . This has been accomplished by pecking and grinding..

I agree with Arrow, most of those a just rocks. Most rocks will "fit" your hand. The NA's didn't peck hammer stones to make them more comfortable to hold.

Mostly natural rocks.

oddly enough the fact that you are finding so many of the same shape made from the same material is a dead give away that they are natural. your creek (creeks) in your area is producing, from a like stone, a similar shape that this kind of stone "likes" to be tumbled into. Ergonomics too, is a real red flag. It takes a LOT of effort to peck and grind even such small items. Most important, what do you see your tools being used for? Is there a better design for that use and a better material to use? ...perhaps bone or wood?
