The second piece (left/down) looks like a bodywork rasp or file from when they filled and shaped lead used way back when . It's hard to say for sure because there is no size reference .
And the AAA Badge ID is right on the money . Similar badges were given to premium AAA Insurance members that attached to their grills or bumpers .

The Plymouth emblem might be the one for the trunk on a '41-2 vintage.
