MXT 300 advise about Platinum

I am looking for an earring with a LARGE diamond with Platinum setting. I am using MXT300 and have 12", and a Kellyco 5" Exelerator, ( I have not got my Whites 4x6 delivered yet). Can you guys help me with PROGRAM choices and setting prefences? I am an new B. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! Jim
