I'm just suprised that this is the first find from Larson on the banner. I have never seen such an incredible consistancy of fine artifacts from one site, much less a plowed field, with no actual archaeology involved!!!! Larson is the reason that I come back day after day, just to see what he is going to post next!!!! His "dirt pictures" alone are banner worthy, I dont think that another t-net member on this site has anywhere near such a significant historical site right in their own backyard.

congrats :notworthy: nice find ;D

Larson is up more then once,Lets see..he has gotten banner for his bone handled copper knife, and A celt me thinks(both awesome)He will prolly have more before we know it...I always look forward to his posts.

Geez whiz what a uproar! All I have to say is that is another GREAT find and congrats!

Sir Digs a Lot-I was thinking the same thing!!! He found the site of the first indian casino!!!! LOL :laughing9:

Thank you to all who posted all the intersting information about the finds. I learned a lot today! :notworthy: That's one of the reasons why I love TreasureNet! :hello:

Those game pieces are really interesting, By the way in the first photo showing the game piece insitu in the bottom lower left of the photo there are several pieces of blackish stone or pottery, it that stone or pottery shards ? If it is stone can you tell us what type of stone it might be ? Your dirt pictures are great.
