Detector(s) used
Whites M6, Whites Pulse Diver, ETRAC.
I hunted a spot that I depleted last year. The Winter season turned a ton of new stuff up. :icon_thumleft:
The first thing I found was a 1900 V-Nickle sitting right below the surface. Then started to find the buttons. I found 4 LA1 war of 1812 buttons. An Artillary button, then 7 cuff link buttons with the eagle on them. Then two little boys and their mom approached me. One of the boys said "excuse me, are you looking for gold?". I said I would have to go to California for that. I told thier mom you may need to buy them a detector and the boy said "if I had a detector I would look for gold". As they walked away I dug the gold ring. Funny how things work out. I have never found a piece of jewelry at this spot, never mind gold. I then dug a silver Irish coin. I need to find out how many years they minted them. Thanks for looking. :icon_thumleft:

I like the buttons!

Are you sure the ring is gold? It just has that look... the bad look.

Iron Patch, it says 14K in the ring, but does a look a bit off. :dontknow:

nice finds, the ring may have a type of tarnish on it. I found a watch like that once, it cleaned up real nice. I had a couple of kids ask me if my detector could find dollars. I said yeah silver dollars.

:o whoa! whata a haul, man those are some really neat seat of coins.

Not what it's stamped, but the way it's made. Most I've seen that looked like that were gold plated brass. (many of which did have stamps)

Great buttons,

That is a really nice old band.
