A re-do on my attachments..
sorry about the flub :(

I ask a few questions here and there and came up with a very nice grassy area to hunt. Started out very slow just a couple junk hits and a couple recent Canadian pennies. I moved Maybe 100 yards or so one way and picked up my first good Target which was I'm thinking one of these Canadian Silver's. Wasn't long in that same area I pulled that old toasted coin, just pocketing it since I couldn't read anything on it at all. You might can make something out on this coin. There is a faint likeness on there. So kept swinging a little tighter and slower and found these other nice coins in that same little area. I'm telling you this was fantastic for me, I've actually postponed our next RV leg for one day to be able to
Hunt this area one more time. If anyone can shed any light on The Toasted coin please feel free to pass on the comments. This particular area goes back to the 1600s. Maybe not this particular area that I'm hunting but in general the whole area as a total.
Take note that the two pennies were back in the day when this was just Newfoundland, thinking that in 1949 it was voted to become part of Canada.
Forgot to mention the two Barber dimes was a plus !

Thanks for your patience !!

Pretty sweet day of detecting! Guess I need to gas up my car and head North. Congrats.

That's cool !! Take the ferry from Sidney NS to
Port aux Basque or to Argentia (St John's area)...7/16 hr. ferry ride.

These folks are extra cool !!

but of course...a passport...
