Don't you just love this hobby..Congrats, fantastic.

Molly.

that blade is a killer frank alittle super glue would fix it up good

What a beautiful and extremely well made piece. Often pieces like that are relatively recent breaks (from cows, tractors, 4 wheelers, etc.) I'd really look at why/how/where it became uncovered, and then search/dig that area.

One of the best insitus I've seen. Thanks for sharing.

Nice finds, its a shame its broken but its a beautiful point. JYD...

I am ASSUMEING you are talking about the hinge flake scars.(the whiteish marks)Well alot of Texas artifacts still have them.We lack the freeze -thaw cycles that remove them. The moss was starting to creep over the edges and was hard to remove.I am guessing that it is because it is so translucent, and the moss under it could as well.I am sorry you think that my point is fake and the insitu as well. But I know thats how I found it!Take care & good luck...Neo

That's a really nice find, Neogeo!
The insitu is so cool!
And beautiful material/flaking on that point.

You'll not be long here.

The moss is there because it had started to grow around the base part.Look I realy don't care what you think about my point.I know how I found it,and just because it looks too good to be true, does not mean it to be faked in anyway.IMO all a man has is his word, and I stick to me beliefs on that.Thanx for everyones kind (and not so kind lol)words.....Neo
