My Best Piece Of Quartz

Found near North Carolina/South Carolina state line. It measures 1 9/16" long and 15/16" wide at the base. Can anyone I.D. it?

It was actually found about 50 miles SE of Charlotte. Still Yadkin?

It still looks yadkin! A good pic of the base will determine certainly! Good lookin point

Sure is a pretty little point! :icon_thumleft:

That is a pretty one and obviously well made. Most quartz points or tools found down my way are very crudely made or at least from what I've seen have been. Nice find for sure.

N.C knows your area. Down here in the land of Dixie ( like your avatar) it would be a Hamilton.

That's a vary nice example. Great find!

Thanks for the I.D. guys. I have other ones like it that aren't complete. You just have to appreciate the skill required to make something like that. The base has a sharp thin edge just like the edges. I've also found these in the same place. They look completely different. I guess they were made during a different period. The right one looks like it was made by a drunk. What do you call these?
