My buffalo nickel find........

I thought I may have a 3 1/2 leg 1936, but within my ten rolls I found this, a 1914 D buffalo, what a surprise, my uncle left me these when he went into a nursing home in 1992, bless his heart, needless to say, I am quite excited, now to get it graded, I hope it at least grades as a good.......................

Yes, Jarhead, there is a three leg buffalo, 1937 D to be exact, error due to polishing a worn die, right front leg is most shallow devise on the die, 1936 D 3 1/2 is far more valuable, grab a coin book, as coin hunters we must educate ourselves, there are a lot of vaieties in the buffalo 5 cent series........fred

Yeah a three legged Buffalo is worth a pretty good chunk of change. Anywhere from $560 to $25,000 depending on condition.
