My Father-in-Law's Best Find.
Howdy,
I hope everyone had a great Christmas and got everything they wanted from Santa.

I went to my wife's dad's house for dinner this past weekend and got to talking to him about metal detecting. I knew he was into it but him and I have never been real close so I didn't know how much. Don't get me wrong, I really like the guy but my wife spends more time with her mother so I have never really had the chance to get to know him. Anyway, he told me he is mainly into relic hunting and uses a Fisher. He said he's been hunting for 30 years or so and on March 18, 2006 he found his best find ever somewhere
in Mississippi. He said he had just given up and was heading back to the truck when he found this C.S.A. belt buckle. He told me this is the one thing he has always hoped to find. It's a beauty!! It has all the prongs and is in great shape but it has a dent in the top. I am really glad he shared his story with me. He is a great guy and hopefully through our shared desire to find stuff in the ground I will get to know a little more about my Father-In-Law. I hope you all have a wonderful New Year.
HH,
Ed
P.S. I hope to get him into T-Net also.
