My favorite find to date! Chipped stone Celt?

Found this today in a creak near a Paleo site I've been hunting. This is my largest and favorite find so far. I was thinking chipped/flaked stone Celt?

This could be a slate celt preform. Pecked and flaked into rough shape, then ground to fit a haft tool for use.
