My FIRST CLASS RING 10K

I went to the beach this morning , water was dead calm... couldn't ask for better conditions ..not a ripple,,,,, After about 10 minutes I get a huge signal I look in my scoop and I see gold. I got my first class ring 18.3 grams 10k,,, calculated the scrap value 222.00 Dollars ,,, Guzz1

I Quit going to Siesta Key its seems to be over hunted .. I got this at a private beach access... But thanks Brian.... guzz

Good going Guzz. The hunters that weren't there were with me. I counted 12 different water hunters during the day. At one time it was the old proverbial Easter Egg hunt scenario with everybody rushing off to the "best spot" before everyone else could get there. I was there the whole day. Only two folks from Tnet. Golddigger and his lovely wife were there. Cute couple with matching Excaliburs. They looked like they were having a ball just being together and enjoying life.

Couple of the older guys there were from Mel Fisher's glory days and worked on his crew way back when. They were all using Garrett machines. That was the machine of choice for Fisher and his crew. They actually did pretty good. One fellow had taken 3 gold items and a couple of silver in a short while.

I believe I am going to try to find a more secluded spot myself. Not that I don't want to share the love or anything.

Jim ,,,,I fell the same way I pull up to the beach early and theres already 8 people there ,, I just leave and go to some of my secret spots . Sometimes I do very well. I just feel that the beach has been pretty much covered for that day.. Guzz
