First of all....I need a stronger magnet!:laughing7:
But I did well!....7 knives, two of them keepers.:headbang:
A bunch of fish hooks, leaders, and lures, that I gave to guys fishing. They were skeptical of me at first, but then became all buddy buddy with me when I gave them the goods. Got a beer in return so that was good.
Also found a lawn chair, wife didn't want it, it smells, and still had some baby crabs on it by the time I got home.:dontknow:
My bucket of trash....

Good stuff right here....

Oh...one more thing...A FREAKIN BIKE !!!:tongue3:

No way to bring it up, too heavy....so I trolled the magnet out deeper, and was able to wedge/snag in the beast....I was the King of the Pier today!

The bike could be cleaned up, good to go...but again, wife is like no. Sitting on the curb, waiting for a scrapper...shouldn't take long.

So, like I said, 2 knives are keepers, they cleaned up well. The Winchester folds up nice, and locks...my God, I'm becoming a hoarder.

So, the Caloosahatchie River is just a bit cleaner, thanks for looking!:hello:

Hey 1637!...Thanks for mentioning that!....
I forgot to mention, that I applied a generous amount of lock-tite to the threads, and locked her down like a boss...eyelets aren't going anywhere.

Oh, and the pull isn't enough to open those eyelets....unless I latch onto my ex.

Pretty soon he'll be upgrading to an F-250 4x4 w/4000lb. winch attached to a larger coil, er, I meant magnet.

Thats how these hobbies spiral out of control.

I'm voting banner! (I found a scooter once)
The knifes are probably murder weapons, were you hunting in a high murder area, good thing body's aren't magnetic?

These are just fishing weapons...the murder weapons, guns specifically, are off the big bridges...I-75, route 41, need a longer rope.

The two I got on the Amazon were the chrome plated 200 lb pull...no where close to that though. It does have a strong grip on a flat surface, that's not real world hunting though...
OX Magnets has a 375 lb, neomodyium bad boy, I want that one, shoulda got that one in the first place....
Gotta be careful with some of the neodymiums. They can be quite fragile if met with a sharp blow. They also rust, so make certain you get one designed for use in/around water.

A good source for neodymiums is Neodymium Disc & Rare Earth Magnetic Products | Magnet4Sale. They have some good info pages as well:

Thanks kcm...yes, I was reluctant at first to get the Mac daddy magnet...I chose the Chrome plated one, so it would last longer...

I'd have cleaned the bike up a bit and Craigslisted it. Nice finds.

Nice finds Dave, you peaked my interest, I may have to get some more gear now.
