My First Gold Find

Was at a local beach on the north side of Lake Erie this morning and here are my finds. 3 canadian 1 dollar coins, 18ct. gold ring with ruby, small toy truck, 5 canadian quarters, 4 canadian nickels, 6 u.s. nickels including dateless buffalo, 7 canadian pennies, 2 wheat pennies, 8 canadian dimes, a No Cash Value token with a clown face on one side. a tap handle , wrought iron fence top, a nice looking white stone, a brass button, and a thick washer. The ring is stamped 750 which I believe is 18 ct. All found with my trusty Gold Bug Pro. I just bought a new equinox 600 tried it for 15 min. and found a canadian quarter and a beer cap. the ring was found in about 10 inches of water and I got it on the first scoop. Followed by a big smile. Finally! Thanks for looking and keep swinging.

I would have either started small and BOOM ring mention or BOOM ring mention and the rest.
But hey regardless, awesome find.
