Found a beauty today! First silver proof & it's a bicentennial!

Very nice. Note: it is 40% Ag, but not actually a "proof." They did mint high luster proofs in SanFran for Bi-cen (qty:4M), but they also minted "business strikes" in 40% Ag from SanFran (qty:11M). It looks like a business strike.
