my first silver ring

got out for an hour today went to a new field had to step over a low fence some thing just said to start thier my first signal was a small silver ring with a green stone not shure on the stone couldnt belive my luck folowed the fence in a straight line down the field found a large button and a few coins victorian i think whats the best way to clean these coins
