My husband found this last week while cleaning up at the Fire Company. He left a Lost & Found sign and a contact number but so far no one has called to claim it. That's probably a good thing seeing as how I got it on my finger behind my gold band cause it was a little big and now the gold band doesnt want to come off

That's a nice looking sterling silver ring. He might look ing the local lost and found newspaper. If nothing shows, looks like you're "stuck" with it.

It's been over a week so far. Tomorrow I'm gonna call the newspaper to see if anyone has called since it hasn't been listed yet. Also on Tuesday evening when hubby is at the fire hall again for their Bingo night, he's gonna make an announcement. I should know by Tuesday night if I can keep it

UPDATE
I called the local paper yesterday and no one had called them to place an ad or make a report of any kind. Hubby went to the Fire Co. tonight and during the Bingo break he made an announcement about the ring being found. He did not give a description or anything, but asked if anyone had lost a "ring" recently to please give him the description and details. He waited until Bingo was over and everyone had left and NO ONE had claimed it

Yay, I get to keep the ring

{however! IF someone would ask about it, and can tell me/him what it looks like with the details (there's one little detail inside the band the owner would know about), I will be happy to hand it over} Until then, it's MINE!
