My last 2 WAMs

Pulled these 2 2000 WAMs within minutes of each other a couple of weeks ago. The one on the left is my nicest one yet. Probably have in the neighborhood of 25-30 between all 3 years now. Thanks for reading. Anyone want to take a shot at grading the left one with the closeups of front and back? MM2

Wow those are in amazing shape I would need to look at it under a loupe for more accurate grading by I would say as it looks in the pictures without looking at it with a 10x loupe MS 64 RD or 65 RD.

All the 1998-2000 cents in my area are all disgusting and corroded; I still look for the 1999 WAM, but looking that hard at cents makes my eyes hurt.

The 2000 WAM is my favorite to look for.....I pulled 2 from one box a while ago but on a long dry spell since.

Nice to know they are still out there just eluding me at the moment.

Wide American. On these coins, it was a 'mint mistake'. On the back of the coin, the AM in American was close like they were connected , but in these prints its a clear space. So instead of AM E R I C A N what you want to find is A M E R I C A N

Sorry to correct you but I must. It's not American but America. It's like it is because the proof reverse was used with a normal business obverse. Because of this it's a variety. On normal strikes of the period the a and m are either touching or almost. The proof reverse all of the letters are spaced equally in America. The distance of the designer's initials "fg" from the corner of the building is also different.
