I think I'm in too deep... I dream of silver.... I check every coin I encounter....opened 4 bank accounts last week. My girlfriend is pissed... And a bank teller

Long story short I found 16 silvers in 90 bucks of halves on my first outing. Since then I've searched 2000+ in halves and found 2 40%ers and a clad proof. I NNEEEED A SCORE SOOOOOON!!


I wanna find a bank that uses loomis or Guarda but I haven't yet. What banks use services other than Brinks?

Don't be sad. Many of us here had been through severe dry spell. I, myself, had been through 20+ SKUNK boxes in a roll. That's not fun. 2 keepers from $2,000 for someone is considered a good day. This hobby is a hit and mostly miss. All you need is perseverance.

You need to ask your prospect banks to get the answer about the carrier. Don't rely on folks here who may answer this question. They may not be in your area. I travel a lot and hunt in different states/towns. Same bank chain uses different carrier in different area.

Everyone has a dry spell. I had one for almost two months straight then bam I found a 1910 S and a 1914 D wheaties in rolls. Then had a down time for a few weeks, then boom found a 1889 IHC, the started with nickels, found some buffs, started on halves and found my first silver. It will pickup. Just gotta wait for another collection to get dumped.
