Gotta love them Morgans! Still working on mine, its a bit tougher, Au or better. I may not finish it in my lifetime, lol!

Awesome and then some, 1320... and especially that 1893-S. :o Really nice toning, too.

I know the keys are gonna be spendy and tough to find :-[ but the rest aren't that hard.... Have you done any variety collecting? I don't think anyone could ever hope to complete a set of all varieties, must number well over a thousand coins! I've got a few over mint marks and of course the 7/8 tailfeather and a few DD's.....

If you don't mind me asking, whats the story behind the 1893-s? How'd you find that sucker? LOL!

i think i will start my Idol collection and you just were the first on mt list .. i love those coins .. cant wait untill my collection starts to take shape .. i have only been on it for 4 weeks but i do have about 450 coins ..

130 + Pennies
90 + nickels
120 + Dimes
80 + Quaters
21 Halves
1 Dollar

Found the '93 S on ebay. I watched ebay several times a day for four months until someone listed one with a respectable "Buy It Now" price. It was up about three minutes when I found it! Absolutely "stole" it.....

I spoke with the seller afterwards and the coin had been in the family for a long time. His Father received the coin as payment for a farm that he sold! Neat story.

Don't feel guilty, 1320. As often as I've overbid on eBay, I'm sure that the law of averages has long since caught up with our coin collecting Karma.

BTW, if you ever entertain even the remotest thought of parting with that prize, just remember that I am more than willing to offer the full 1942 Blue Book price for it. ;D
