My New Purchase!!!!

I just went to a coin shop today and purchased a first. I got a 1982 George Washington Commemorative half dollar. It is a proof and it is silver! I got it for $13. I thought it was a good buy.

for some reason, it doesn't command much of a premium, usually. I bought all I could when they were priced at 9 bucks a few months ago...

I found the same coin, but from the Denver mint, in a roll of halves a couple weeks ago. The one I found (D mint mark,) is obviously not a proof. It is incredibly frosty for being only 30 years old, and is probably an AU58-MS60. I like yours better though lol.
