It seems that too many of the good, young ones are being lost to us recently. Terry Tate passed over the bar this morning. Florida Research, and Seafarer will be without one of the best treasure hunter/finders that I had the pleasure of working with. (who am I? one of the original Lucayan Treasure Boys) Terry was like a son to me, and I will forever be at a loss.

Sorry about the loss of your friend.

I am also sorry about the loss if your friend and pray that his family and everyone that knew him will be comforted during this time of loss and grief.

Goldminer,
God bless you and your friend, Terry. How did you meet each other?
I am speechless about the tragic event in Las Vegas [emoji26]

I really hope their are no pop tops in heaven! God Speed

Hello Bill, my sincere condolences on your loss. I am still working with your friend and former partner Cal. It would be nice to see you guys get back together again.

Sorry you lost your good friend Goldminer.

Thanks to all of you for the kind remarks. IF...I get to heaven, I know that I will find my old partner Henry Taylor, sitting on a pile of Spanish coins, playing that uke, and singing "Ring Dang Doo", while Jack Haskins shows Terry and Joe Spanish documents that none of us ever saw.

sorry for your loss

I'm sorry to read that! That's tough stuff!

Good luck to all,

CROSSING THE BAR
Sunset and evening star,
And one clear call for me!
And may there be no moaning of the bar,
When I put out to sea,

But such a tide as moving seems asleep,
Too full for sound and foam,
When that which drew from out the boundless deep
Turns again home.

Twilight and evening bell,
And after that the dark!
And may there be no sadness of farewell,
When I embark;

For tho' from out our bourne of Time and Place
The flood may bear me far,
I hope to see my Pilot face to face
When I have crost the bar.
