I have been following this since the beginning B. I don't think it is about the insurance which many could not afford. It is a tragedy and the mayor is right to involve the feds in this case. I heard there were groups organized and even some cameras from private citizens but no leads yet. The guys they are currently holding didn't set the last few unfortunately. I think it has to be more than one person. I hope they catch them soon. I hope it all turns out OK for you.
