I started out with the Coin Master and have found many good finds with it but nothing like I have all at once this wknd and the finds were better with my new 705! It was so frustraiting and intimidating at 1st being such a different machine but I caught on quick. I couldnt believe all the stuff I went by with the CM. Heres a bunch of pics.

I liked this thread I use the ace 250 like you used the coinmaster and have found a lot of great things but I also think it is more just my shear determination more than anything and am looking at buying the exact machine you got the 705. This thread just pushed me over the edge of breaking down and upgrading my machine FINALLY. Its a great machine but sometimes the passion just out grows the machine.

You're doing great, EJ. Just don't forget where you came from. You've gotten a LOT of help from many others, from what machine to use, how to use it, and very nice leads on places to dig. Don't let it go to your head. Congrats, by the way, on some great finds.

Nothing wrong with being proud of his finds. And I also suggested he join this forum because of the wealth of info the members here have. I have tried to give as much advice to E.J as possibly I could, and continue to do so to help him become a better detectorist. I don't feel as though he needs to be reminded about the people who have helped him out in the past, he knows this.

Thanks for that. I did feel odd about that. Im not a moron. I know who has helped me and who hasnt. I appreciate help from others and would never forget that as a matter of fact I would be happy to pass on the knowledge and help others myself, and what goes around comes around. This is a great forum but why would I have to remember whos helped me out when Im on a different forum that had helped me. Im new here so I didnt think it was appropriate to mention that on another forum that Im trying to become a part of. No offense there kray but this is a different forum and you confused me at 1st. My relationship here is new.

Unless there's another EJ who has gone from a Whites CM to a 705, and who has posted these exact same finds on another forum, I've not confused you, EJ. You may be new here, but not on another forum run by Bob from NH (I hope I can say that on this forum). Anyone can go there and see how many questions you've posted there, see how much help and hand-holding you've gotten, and see your progression from newby to whatever it is you are now. I'm not trying to bust your chops, just don't forget those who have gotten you to where you are now. It took until page two of replies and a somewhat subtle reminder from BKravitz for you to thank him for getting you on that site.

You should probably leave that stuff on the forum or take it to PM.

'You should probably leave that stuff on the forum or take it to PM."

I apologize; you're correct.

I hunt with BKravits alot. We go to places together talk on the phone and email each other alot so you dont know what your saying. Just please keep these forums seperate. Thats why you confused me. What good would it do to be thankfull on one forum for other people on another forum? I have the right and am friends with alot of people on the other forum. You dont have to tell me what to do. I already as a good person have thanked my friends for support. I dont really know you yet and the comment you made weirded me out :dontknow:

Nice finds and silver coins ....congrast!
