I dug this up today . I can't figure it out. Any ideas?
Yeah, I think it is not military but a company trademark design. I couldn't find out what, tho. The figure is odd, in a kilt, with a beard, and is either poling or oaring, or something. I thought Paul Bunyan, maybe, but haven't found him depicted in a kilt. That wouldn,t be a representation of Neptune would it? Maybe a unit insignia, like British Expeditionary Force,Company_. Just a guess.
My second guess, some kind of logging activity. Some thing to do with some Scottish activity, like the games they have throwing cabers and such.I,m going way out there now, huh?Yeah, I think it is not military but a company trademark design.
