Native American Stone Tool Beach Find?

Im not sure if they are anything more than a cool rock. What state?

Thought maybe first one was a scraper. The black one looks to have scratches and the sides look like they have been pounded. Not sure of the indent on top too.

Maybe an arrow shaft abrader.
