Need help identifying rock

I found this strange rock which is about 2" long weighs 133g and has gold colored flecks throughout. Found in Michigan while metal detecting. It does not give off a signal by detector nor is it magnetic.

Wow. Strange one there. Are the gold colored spots actual gold. Just looking at it it looks like some kind of iron conglomerate but if its not magnetic and doesn't set off the detector... don't know.

Sure has the color of pyrite like Mr. Zee said, but the structure looks a lot like the calcite geodes/nodules I find here in northern lower MI. I have a few with brown/yellow calcite that look similar but not the same type of matrix. I'd cut that bad boy open and see what's inside :-D

It looks to me like a cluster of pyrite cubes that got stream worn or tumbled.
