Need help in identification

Hi everyone! Recently I have found a kind of bicycle bell. Unfortunately, I cannot identify it. I've surfed almost the whole Internet and couldn't find the the equivalent!
Supposedly, it is a part of vintage French bicycle. The words written there are "cycles", "dujardin" and "seclin"

No, it wasn't. It was found on the territory of the World War I battles territory in the western Ukraine.

Yeah, I saw it. Unfortunately, there are no photos with such a bell. Moreover, I cannot imagine how it appeared in Ukraine lol
What do you think? Is it rare?
